Its state-of-the-art scan tool employs OEM-sourced software, ensuring compatibility with manufacturer standards, and is connected directly or locally to the vehicle as required by various OEM specifications. These capabilities are managed remotely by a team of experienced brand specialist diagnosticians, guaranteeing precise and reliable service.

The ADAS Mobile App works hand-in-hand with AirPro’s cloud platform, allowing users to input vehicle information and upload photographs easily. It also facilitates the management of repairs through integration with ORION, streamlining workflow for technicians and clients alike.

The operational workflow of the AirPro Service includes:

• Scanning the vehicle’s VIN via barcode or QR code, while providing specifics about the required repair.
• Assessing ADAS systems for potential damage or faults.
• Selecting appropriate services such as pre-scan, post-scan, diagnostics, ADAS calibration, or programming.
• Accessing the AirPro tool, powering it on, and logging into the system.
• Connecting the device to the vehicle’s OBD-II port and ensuring the vehicle is in key-on, engine-off mode.
• Submitting a formal service request through the application.
• Uploading relevant photographs to assist technicians in understanding the repair scope.
• Our team of specialized diagnosticians begins work within approximately 10 minutes of request submission.

Following diagnostics and repairs, clients receive detailed communication from our technicians, including:

• An outline of necessary preliminary services (pre-scan).
